H.E. Mohammed Hamad bin Fahad Al Muhairi is the esteemed Chairman of the Board for Phoenix Global. He brings a wealth of experience, unparalleled expertise, and visionary leadership, honed from an illustrious career in Abu Dhabi’s Department of Municipalities and Transport.

Mr. Al Muhairi has served Abu Dhabi’s Department of Municipalities and Transport for decades, from his time as head of Abu Dhabi’s award-winning parking authority, Mawaqif, to his leadership over transportation strategy and urban mobility, as head of the transportation sector, driving significant improvements in service efficiency in the movement of people and goods through rail, surface, sea cargo/ports and aviation.

Today, he leads as the CEO of Support Services for the Emirates, where he has leveraged his deep understanding of infrastructure, urban planning, and the vast human resources necessary for Abu Dhabi’s services to run efficiently, benefitting the public sector. His accomplishments have significantly contributed to the evolution of Abu Dhabi’s transport system and municipal services.

He has a profound knowledge of transportation and infrastructure development assessments, feasibility plans, growth, and resiliency strategies. His expertise extends to ‘smart’ transportation planning and urban mobility, sustainable transport, and planning and development of various transportation modes, including surface, air, port, and municipal. Mr. Al Muhairi’s knowledge also extends to the assessment and development of long-range transportation plans, metropolitan and community transportation plans, strategic mobility plans, corridor plans, and logistics, passenger, and cargo movement plans. These skills reflect a holistic approach to transportation and logistics, addressing the needs of the community and the environment while fostering growth and sustainability.
